APTR is excited to offer Departmental Members a complimentary virtual exhibit booth at Teaching Prevention 2021: Promoting Adaptability, Resiliency, & Sustainability. As an exhibitor, your institution can increase awareness about your school or programs, share examples of your work, chat with attendees, offer promotions, and collect leads. You will be joined by APTR Federal Agency partners, our journal (AJPM), partner associations, and other schools and organizations showcasing their work and teaching resources. To maximize your experience, you will be invited to edit your exhibitor profile on our official event platform, Whova. By setting up your own profile, you can better showcase your institution and programs to attract students and visitors to your exhibit booth during the meeting. In particular, we encourage you to:
Upload your logo and photos
Upload a video
Add a promotional offer
Add additional booth staff from your institution
You can even set up a live showcase with a livestream service of your choice.
Once you enter your booth during the meeting, you will be able to look for Comments and Inquiries and start chatting with the attendees. All other attendees are able to purchase an exhibit booth space at a rate of $40.00 for APTR individual members and $60 for non-members, which can be added to the conference registration or purchased separately.
