Register for the conference. Speakers who would like to attend the full conference must register and pay the registration fee. If you only plan be present for your presentation or plan to stay for a part of the day that you are presenting you are not required to register. [ REGISTER LINK ]
Submit Conflict of Interest & Bio Disclosure forms are required from all presenters for the delivery of Continuing Education Credits. Presenter biosketches must be submitted for all presenters. These biosketches should adhere to a 1-2 paragraph format in a Word document. (These are NOT the NIH biosketch forms.)To upload your documents, visit our [ SESSION UPLOAD FORM ]. Submit PowerPoint Slides. Our intent is to post your presentation slides online to share with attendees. To that end, we will need an electronic version of your slides by Friday, March 21st. You may also include up to two additional documents. To upload your documents, visit ourSESSION UPLOADform. All presenters will be notified when information is needed and form is available. Deadline: March 10, 2015
Submit session handouts. Each presenter is expected to provide an electronic copy of his/her handout and/or presentation in advance so that attendees can view and download from the website. In addition, you may provide print copies onsite during your session. To upload your documents, visit our SESSION UPLOAD form. All presenters will be notified when information is needed and form is available. Deadline: March 6, 2015
Each session room will be set with an LCD projector, screen, podium and microphone, as well as a head table with two microphones.
