Poster Presentation Guidelines

General Information:
  • Each poster session author will be provided with a 8’w x 4’h poster board. The board will indicate the poster number in upper right or left corner. APTR will provide a supply of push pins. Posters can be smaller than 8x4 (common sizing is often 3x5).
  • No commercial activities or any advertising may be displayed on the posters. Noncompliance with this rule will result in the poster being removed.
  • Poster set up is from 3:30 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 13. Posters must be taken down immediately following the poster reception at 7:15 pm.

Student Poster Award

Student posters will be evaluated by APTR member faculty during the poster session. Two to three students will win student poster awards, to be announced during the lunch on Monday, March 14. Each student will receive an APTR padfolio, a certificate, and a gift card valued at $50.
