Planning Committee or Reviewer Sign-Up

Help shape Teaching Prevention 2027 and contribute to a strong, engaging meeting for the prevention education community. Volunteering is an opportunity to contribute at the national level, expand your professional network, and connect with colleagues from across the country.

Join the Planning Committee
Planning Committee volunteers help guide the development of the meeting, including educational programming, special activities, and the overall attendee experience. It’s a great way to contribute your expertise and play an active role in shaping TP27.

Requirements

  • Current APTR individual member or member representative (part of academic unit membership)

  • Must register for and attend the 2027 Annual Meeting

  • Attend bi-monthly virtual planning committee meetings.

Serve as an Abstract Reviewer
Lend your expertise to the abstract review process. Reviewers evaluate submitted proposals and help identify high-quality, relevant sessions for the Teaching Prevention 2027 program.
